Version date: 13 July 2026
1. Trial Access
These Trial / Evaluation Terms apply when Centrik Tech gives a customer access to VOXA for a free, limited, pilot, beta, proof-of-concept, or evaluation trial.
The customer may use VOXA only for the agreed trial workspace, business workflows, browser Talk Now channel, staff users, configuration, and customer type approved by Centrik Tech.
2. Eligibility
The customer represents that:
- it is a business or organization, not a consumer using VOXA for personal household use
- the person accepting the trial has authority to bind the customer
- its staff users are authorized to access the workspace
- it will use VOXA only for lawful business purposes
- it will not use VOXA for emergency, high-risk, unlawful, deceptive, or covert monitoring use cases
3. Customer-Owned Websites, Channels, And Accounts
Unless a written trial order says otherwise:
- the customer owns or has lawful authority to use the websites, domains, browser surfaces, CRM accounts, messaging channels, provider accounts, and contact lists connected to VOXA
- the customer remains responsible for website, browser, CRM, provider, marketing, communication, and consent requirements that apply to its use
- Centrik Tech may assist with configuration but does not guarantee that a browser, handset, device, provider, network, or third-party service will accept every session, recording, webhook, transfer, or message
4. Permitted Use
The customer may use VOXA during the trial to evaluate generic customer-operation workflows, such as:
- browser Talk Now sessions
- capturing conversations and transcripts
- creating and updating contacts
- creating and updating generic requests
- creating tasks and calendar events
- escalating to staff
- reviewing AI-generated notes or suggested actions
- testing tenant configuration and workflow fit
The customer may not use the trial to build custom per-customer architecture or require tenant-specific endpoint families such as /orders, /appointments, /tickets, /viewings, or /leads. Those workflows must be configured through generic contacts, conversations, requests, workflows, tasks, calendar events, and capabilities.
5. No Emergency Or High-Risk Reliance
VOXA is not an emergency service and must not be used for:
- emergency calls or emergency dispatch
- urgent medical triage
- crisis intervention
- legal, financial, insurance, employment, housing, or health decisions without approved human review and legal review
- safety-critical routing or decisions
- regulated professional advice unless separately approved in writing
If a person appears to need urgent help, VOXA should route to the customer's approved human fallback or instruct the person to use the appropriate emergency channel.
6. Trial Credits And Limits
The trial may include free credits, usage limits, user limits, browser-session limits, storage limits, latest-100 retention limits, support limits, feature flags, or expiration dates.
Trial placeholders to resolve for each customer:
- Trial period:
<trial period> - Included browser sessions:

Centrik Tech may throttle, suspend, or stop trial use that exceeds limits, creates security or compliance risk, degrades the service, or violates these terms.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- obtaining and documenting required notices, consents, approvals, and lawful bases before using VOXA with website visitors, staff, or contacts
- approving the exact browser consent copy for its market, industry, and use case
- ensuring staff are trained on VOXA's limits
- using VOXA only with authorized contacts and permitted browser surfaces
- reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it where human review is required
- confirming that CRM actions, requests, tasks, calendar events, transfers, and messages are accurate and appropriate
- maintaining accurate business rules, hours, fallback contacts, escalation paths, and do-not-contact preferences
- securing staff credentials and promptly removing users who no longer need access

- complying with browser, communication, recording, transcription, ePrivacy, marketing, privacy, consumer, sector, and employment laws that apply to its use
8. Consent Compliance
The customer must not enable recording or transcription unless the customer has approved and implemented the required notice and consent process for each relevant market and browser channel.
At minimum, the customer must decide and document:
- whether recording is enabled
- whether transcription is enabled
- whether explicit consent is required before recording/transcription starts
- what happens when a user declines
- whether a non-recorded or human fallback is offered
- whether staff browser sessions are recorded
- whether marketing, sales, healthcare, financial, employment, or children/minor use is in scope
- whether individuals can request deletion or access through the customer
9. CRM And Workflow Actions
VOXA may draft, recommend, or perform configured actions, such as creating/updating contacts, requests, tasks, calendar events, notes, messages, assignments, and workflow statuses.
The customer remains responsible for:
- deciding which actions are enabled
- reviewing high-impact or risky actions
- correcting inaccurate records
- monitoring action logs
- handling customer complaints or errors
- ensuring actions are lawful and appropriate for the customer's business
VOXA outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Customer staff should review important actions and communications.
10. Guided Onboarding, Availability, And Support
Centrik Tech may provide guided onboarding for trial customers. Operationally, guided onboarding is typically planned over 2-3 business days after the customer has provided required setup inputs, browser/channel access, approvals, and consent-policy decisions.
This 2-3 business-day language is planning copy only. It is not a guaranteed launch date, service-level agreement, response-time commitment, implementation SLA, or support SLA unless included in a signed order form or agreement.
The trial is for evaluation and may include beta, preview, or limited-availability features. VOXA may be interrupted, changed, rate-limited, or unavailable.
Support terms to resolve for each customer:
- Support hours:

<support channel> - Incident severity definitions:

No service-level agreement applies unless included in a signed order form.
If the customer authorizes Centrik Tech to review a specific call or browser session for support, that one-call technical-share grant is limited to the approved call/session, should be logged, and expires by default after 24 hours unless a shorter duration is approved for the tenant.
11. Suspension Or Termination
Centrik Tech may suspend or terminate trial access if:
- the trial expires
- the customer violates these terms
- usage creates security, privacy, legal, abuse, provider, or availability risk
- required approvals or consent evidence are missing
- connected accounts are disabled or disputed
- Centrik Tech reasonably needs to protect the platform, users, staff, subprocessors, providers, or other customers
The customer may stop the trial at any time by notifying Centrik Tech and disconnecting VOXA from its browser surfaces.
12. Data Export And Deletion
